Add the functionality for Moderator

At present, the field LEVEL in 'seller_tbl' of the mysql database is not used and the level of every user is "B[Beginner]" by default. Add a new value "M[Moderator]" to "LEVEL" field so that we can assign the task of moderating the http://kinbech.ioelive.com site to some specified users. The access right of Moderator can be

• Modify ( NOT DELETE ] items on sale,biddings
• Modify the comments posted in the forum

Add the provision to change user's password in userarea

Users can can all their details provided at the time of registration EXCEPT the password.Add the provision to change the password.
